Every pinup girl knows it isn’t any secret that pinup clothing is usually really, really expensive unless you go thrift shopping. And even then, you probably won’t find what you’re looking for immediately, because let’s face it – you usually won’t find the type of pinup piece your searching for, unless it’s a basic piece that can be easily styled into the pinup girl look.
But sometimes that isn’t good enough. Sometimes, you know exactly what you’re looking for, but you don’t want to wait a year sifting through thrift store after thrift store to find it, and you also don’t want to pay exorbitant prices for it online either.
What if I told you that I knew a secret for getting Amazon credits to use for FREE pinup clothing?
No perusing through thrift stores searching for that one particular piece. No buying expensive clothing online. Just getting Amazon gift cards every month to buy FREE pinup clothing.
I’m going to show you how I do this, and how you too, can get free pinup clothing on Amazon.
Swagbucks is both an app and a website that rewards you for shopping online, watching videos, taking surveys, and more. Swagbucks is awesome, because unlike similar companies, they don’t have a point system. If you have 500 Swagbucks, you have the equivalent of $5 US dollars.
For the most part, I avoid the task based rewards on Swagbucks, because I simply feel that the rewards are just not worth my time. However, I love to let the videos play all night long because I know I’m making at least a little money while I sleep, which is always better than no money.
Swagbucks offers cash (through Paypal), Amazon gift cards, and many other gift cards. To cash out, you must have a minimum of $10.

I’m sure you’ve probably heard of Ebates before, but if not, let me be the one to enlighten you. Ebates is a cash back website that any online shopper must use. When you shop from one of the thousands of online retailers partnered with Ebates, you are rewarded with a small percentage of your purchase back. It’s not a lot, but it’s free money, so can you really complain?
I never buy anything online without first checking to see if there are any cash back opportunities on Ebates first.
To sign up for Ebates and get a $FREE 10, please sign up here through my referral link.
3. Receipt Hog
Every month, I earn about $10 just for scanning receipts. I choose to have the money sent to my Paypal, but you can also redeem your points in the form of Amazon credits. Receipt Hog rewards you with points instead of dollars. 1,000 points are worth $5, the minimum amount of points that you need to have in order to redeem your rewards.
Sign up for Receipt Hog in the app store, and if you use my referral code, you can earn extra bonus spins, which means you’ll only have chances to win more money.
My referral code: CLENG359
4. Receipt Pal
Very similar to Receipt Hog, Receipt Pal is an app that rewards you for scanning receipts. I personally like this app better, because I am able to cash in on my rewards at anytime, regardless of how many points I have on my account. Their point system is a lot better, too.
335 points is worth $1 in Amazon credits. In addition to Amazon credits, Receipt Pal also offers movie tickets, restaurant.com gift cards, and a variety of other gift cards. I am pretty sure that this app does not reward it’s users with Paypal cards.
For a few minutes of receipt scanning every month, I can get $10-$15 of Amazon credits to go towards pretty dresses. Awesome, right?!
To download Receipt Pal, search for it in the app store.
With Checkpoints, you are rewarded for scanning items at grocery stores and watching videos. This is another app that is really awesome to let play all night long while you’re sleeping, because then you’re rewarded with points that can be used for gift cards.
Checkpoints offers gift cards to Amazon, Target, and dozens of others.
Checkpoints is available for Apple and Android.
6. Inbox Dollars
Inbox is similar to Swagbucks, and you get a free $5 just for signing up! I have used the app, and the website. Just like Swagbucks, you get paid to watch videos, fill out surveys, shop online, and more. This is another website where you have to be careful to not waste your time doing tasks that just aren’t worth the small amount of money you’re rewarded.
However, I definitely recommend taking advantage of Inbox Dollars before you do any online shopping, especially during the holidays.

Ibotta is a really cool app, because you’re actually getting cash back on things like groceries, clothes, office and pet supplies, and more. It’s pretty awesome! This app doesn’t offer Amazon credits, but that’s okay, because they pay you in cash. You just have to have a minimum of $20 in your account before you can cash out to Paypal.
You even have the chance to get a FREE $10 after redeeming your first rebate with Ibotta if you use my referral code when signing up:
Pinup Brands That Sell on Amazon:
All of the clothes you see on Amazon look amazing, but unfortunately, many of them are very poor quality or simply do not measure up to how they were advertised. My general philosophy when shopping for clothing online is ‘You get what you pay for’.
If you see a gorgeous looking swing dress for $13, it is probably very cheaply made, and you’ll likely be disappointed with the quality in the long run. So, that is why I believe it’s important to pay a little more for clothing that will last you for a long tme.
Here is a list of quality pinup brands that also sell on Amazon: (let me know if I missed any great ones!)
Hearts & Roses London
Heart of Haute
Collect If Clothing
As much I love wearing vintage reproduction, I know how expensive it can be, and I know that there are many ladies out there who are really struggling to be able to afford the clothing.. I struggle to afford it too, which is why I only buy clothes online when I can get them for an amazing price or for free. I know how it is!
You might not make hundreds of dollars in Amazon credits. In fact, I usually just make an extra $50 to spend on Amazon just using these apps and websites, though I’m sure that I could make more if I really put more effort into it. Some people are able to earn hundreds of dollars extra every month just through using Swagbucks!
Even so, just the extra $50 worth of Amazon gift cards to get free pinup clothing every month is amazing for me, because it’s not actually money coming from my main source of income, so I have no guilt if I decide I want to buy myself something nice.. and that’s pretty awesome.
I hope that this post helps you to realize that it is possible to get free pinup clothing on Amazon, and even if you don’t earn a lot of extra credits every month, a few are better than none, and can go a long way in helping you spend your money more wisely.
